Welcome to Honorably Unserious. By using this site and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

The brand

Veteran-owned lifestyle gear. Straight talk. We don’t use official military seals, EGA, unit crests, POW-MIA trademarks, or knockoff clone-brand designs. Don’t ask us to print stolen valor cosplay.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We (or our print partners) may cancel or refuse orders that look fraudulent, infringing, or impossible to fulfill. You’ll get a refund if we cancel after payment.

Pricing

Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. We can fix pricing errors even after an order if something clearly went wrong — we’ll contact you.

Made to order

Most products are printed after you buy. See Shipping and Refund policies for timing and limits.

Intellectual property

Our names, logos, and designs belong to us. Don’t copy them for your own shop. You also won’t upload or request designs that infringe someone else’s rights.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of the site or products. Our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where the business is registered, without drama about conflict-of-law rules. (Mike: confirm state with counsel if needed.)
