Shipping
Every order is made to order through our print partner. We don’t pull a shirt off a shelf in the back.
Typical timing (US)
- Production: usually 2–7 business days after you order; some Printify blanks can take up to ~10 business days. Personalization can add a bit.
- Shipping: about 3–7 business days after it ships, depending on carrier and where you live.
- Total to door: plan on roughly 1–3 weeks for most US orders; we’ll flag longer ETAs on the product page when we know them.
- Holidays and peak seasons run slower. We’ll still get it there — patience appreciated.
Tracking
You’ll get a shipping email with tracking when the order leaves the printer. If tracking stalls for a long stretch, email us and we’ll dig in.
International
If we offer international shipping, customs fees, duties, and delays are on the destination country — not included in our shipping charge unless we say otherwise.
Wrong address
Double-check your address at checkout. If it ships to a bad address you entered, we may not be able to recover the package. We’ll help where we can; we can’t promise a free reprint.
PO boxes / APO/FPO
Supported when the print partner and carrier allow it. If an order can’t ship to that address, we’ll contact you.
